Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views without cookies, without fingerprinting and without tracking you across sites. It does not store personal data about you.

Embedded videos

YouTube videos are embedded through youtube-nocookie.com and load only after you click play. Until you click, nothing is sent to Google. Once you play a video, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.

If you subscribe, we store your email address to send the launch-day briefing and later editions. You can unsubscribe with the link in any email, and we delete your address when you do. We never sell or share the list.

Affiliate links

When you click an affiliate link (PlayStation Direct, Microsoft Store or other partners), the partner's site may set its own cookies to attribute a purchase. Their privacy policies apply on their sites. We only receive aggregate sales data, never your identity.

Advertising

The site does not display third-party advertising today. If that changes, this policy will be updated first, and a consent banner will be shown where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (EU), the UK GDPR and the CCPA (California), you can ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Email [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days.
